Summary

Join fleetster as a Technical Support Specialist and provide excellent support to over 500 customers using our cloud software for carsharing and fleet management. Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance user experience. Develop into a fleetster product expert, ensuring excellent technical support through expertise in handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or virtual meetings. Build strong customer relationships and resolve technical issues to foster long-term customer loyalty. Work with the product team to clarify functional inquiries and effective workarounds, keeping customers informed of progress. Leverage insights from support requests to improve processes with product, customer success, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or a similar function in customer support in a SaaS environment (ideally in the B2B sector)
  • Technical affinity and experience in a dynamic, agile environment
  • Communication skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Structured and organized working style and the ability to meaningfully prioritize diverse tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop into a fleetster product expert and ensure excellent technical support for our customers through your expertise
  • Provide fast and precise support for customer inquiries via email, chat, or virtual meetings to ensure fast and sustainable problem-solving
  • Build trusting and lasting customer relationships and ensure that all technical problems are solved so that our customers become long-term users
  • Clarify functional inquiries and effective workarounds with the product team and keep the customer informed of progress
  • Over time, you will gain numerous insights from support requests and work closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams on the continuous development of smarter processes
