Responsibilities

• Good communication skills, interacting with Western Digital employees, Western Digital cross functional teams, Western Digital business partners and outside vendors
• Partner with cross functional team members within the CRE teams in EHS, Security and Design / Construction to help Develop and maintain safety and standard operating procedures, SOP’s, as built documentation and reports on root cause system failures
• Active participation with business partners within Western Digital Procurement, FA’s, AP and overall Western Digital employees. Working with senior management starting PO’s, contract scope of work reviews for invoice approvals, monthly PO closure reports, providing Go Live Project reports and monthly OpEx forecast reviews
• Campus vendor support to the onsite Janitorial, Mail room and Landscaping teams
• Technical focus with problem solving ability to make basic repairs and system documentation to support senior management if and or when to vendor outsource for complicated repairs on the listed trades below
