Summary

The job description is for a 100% remote Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) role in the Mid-Atlantic region with occasional travel. The preferred location is Alexandria/Fairfax, Virginia. The role involves circuit modifications, power transition operations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in DC power equipment installation
• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 100% and willingness to work different shifts (swing shifts)

Responsibilities

• Work on circuit modifications, power transition operations, addition, and removal of circuits on working power distribution sources
• Perform Site Supervisors responsibilities on a job site
• Troubleshooting based on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, complete tasks, and solve key customer issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset
• Prior field engineering experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Electrical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship
• AC Electrical experience
