Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions via telehealth consultations, ensuring a comprehensive review of medical history and current symptoms
• Prepare detailed, accurate letters of medical necessity based on patient evaluations, ensuring compliance with relevant state and insurance requirements
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the broader healthcare team, as needed, to ensure high-quality patient care and proper documentation
• Ensure all evaluations and documentation adhere to New York state regulations and best practices, maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
