Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Maryland
• Three or more years of experience in cardiology, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting
• Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, DEA number required
• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cardiologists and clinical teams

Responsibilities

• Manage cardiovascular patients via telehealth, delivering expert care remotely
• Work closely with cardiologists as a key member of their virtual practice
• Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients with low-acuity cardiovascular conditions
• Ensure seamless coordination of care between telehealth and in-person cardiology teams
• Educate patients on risk factors, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EMRs to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Licenses in D.C. and Virginia preferred but not required
