Telemedicine Doctor

Summary

Join Reliance Health's clinical team as a Junior Medical Doctor to provide virtual consultations via our telemedicine platform. Conduct virtual consultations, diagnose and treat common medical conditions, review patient history, educate patients, offer medical advice, and write e-prescriptions. Ensure timely and professional communication, maintain high patient satisfaction, and flag emergencies appropriately. This role requires a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent), a valid medical license to practice in Senegal, and 1–3 years of clinical experience. Access to a mobile device and stable internet is also necessary. Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license to practice in Senegal
• 1 – 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, family medicine, or general practice
• Have access to a mobile device (android or apple) and stable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients

• Review patient history, educate patients, offer medical advice, and write e-prescriptions as needed and in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure timely and professional patient communication
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and documentation quality
• Flag red flag cases or emergencies appropriately
