This remote, East Coast-based position involves building relationships, making sales calls, and executing our sales process. Requirements
- Passionate about craft cider
- Experience providing superior customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self starter who is motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations
- Must reside in the same area as the covered territory
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using a laptop and digital tools
- At least one year of sales experience (or recent graduate with relevant experience)
- Background in working as part of a team—professionally, academically, or through extracurriculars
- Positive, engaging personality
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone-based sales outreach across a designated territory
- Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners and establish new customer accounts
- Introduce new products to accounts and drive product trial through effective merchandising (e.g., displays, POS materials)
- Identify sales opportunities during each call by asking insightful questions, organizing collections, and focusing on sales growth
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity
- Enter contact information and detailed call notes after each interaction
- Log account updates and activities in the CRM system
- Make 40–50 sales calls per day
- Complete 25 sales activity forms daily
- Achieve a minimum of 300 cases sold per month
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales
- Familiarity with the alcohol industry
- Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Comfortable navigating CRM software
- Proficient in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- Strong communication skills, including a flair for GIFs, memes, and text messaging
