Summary

The job involves handling litigation matters related to employment disputes, including drafting legal documents, taking depositions, attending mediations, and making independent decisions. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in litigation in State courts and be motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 4 plus years of solid experience in litigation in State courts

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents
• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
• Make independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Work with experts
• Perform legal research
