Summary

The job is for a Temporary Online Customer Service Advisor at TopCashback, a large cashback site. The role involves providing excellent customer service to members in the USA, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining agreed KPIs. The work location is hybrid with 3 days per week in Stafford office and 2 days remote working.

Requirements

  • Be able to produce written communication that our members will be able to understand
  • After training, you will be able to problem solve issues our members face using a logical approach, while ensuring a variety of options are considered before deciding the best outcome to resolve the problem
  • Once fully trained, you will be required to take ownership of your own time within your day to maintain an agreed number of responses to our members
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office would be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Deliver levels of customer service that go above and beyond at all times, ensuring our members are central to all responses and decision making
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues that arise while also spotting any recurring issues and trends and reporting this to your Team Leader
  • Ensure you can keep motivated and engaged throughout the day to meet the necessary KPIs
