Responsibilities

  • Own your territory – Prospect, qualify, and close new business within assigned regions
  • Build pipeline – Partner with our BDR team to identify and nurture key accounts
  • Run the full sales cycle – Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Drive territory strategy – Use data to assess opportunities, prioritize efforts, and communicate results
  • Be a product expert – Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition
  • Hit quota & optimize performance – Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain CRM discipline – Accurately track activities and pipeline in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of sales experience, especially in new business development
  • SaaS or sports industry experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits
