Summary

Join Capco Poland as a Test Data Lead and coordinate test data management for UAT across multiple value streams. Oversee test data delivery to support various test environments and ensure readiness for each testing phase. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Data Lead or similar role within large-scale UAT/test projects
• Strong understanding of test data lifecycle management, data partitioning, and environment coordination
• Familiarity with enterprise test environments, release management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
