Summary

ALTEN Mexico is hiring a Junior Tester to join their team in conducting manual testing activities, identifying software defects, collaborating with development teams, documenting test results, and ensuring quality standards. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering, have experience with manual testing, knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools, basic programming skills (Python), strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or related field
• Understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience with manual testing
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools
• Basic programming skills (Python)

Responsibilities

• Conducting manual testing activities based on test plans and test cases
• Identifying and reporting software defects and issues
• Collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Documenting and maintaining test documentation
• Participating in test plan creation and test strategy development
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures
