Summary

Join our dynamic team as a proactive, resourceful Virtual Assistant to identify, engage, and recruit licensed 1099 physical, occupational, and speech therapists and therapy assistants. As a Therapist Recruiter, you will work remotely with the leadership team to meet recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (healthcare recruitment experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively engage potential candidates
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Creative thinker who can utilize various strategies to connect with candidates
  • Familiarity with home health or therapy services is advantageous but optional
  • Basic understanding of 1099 contractor models and independent work
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using email marketing, CRM tools, social media, and other online recruitment methods

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit licensed 1099 physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and therapy assistants
  • Marketing and Outreach: Use innovative strategies and resources to market the benefits of working with the client, highlighting the flexibility, control, and back-office support offered to therapists
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential therapist candidates, addressing their concerns and answering questions about the platform and work model
  • City-Based Focus: Focus on recruiting therapists in specific Texas cities, with a goal of onboarding at least five new contract therapists in each discipline (PT, OT, SLP) per month
  • Utilize Provided Resources: Leverage company-provided resources, such as email lists, ad copy, and marketing strategies, while applying your resourcefulness to expand outreach efforts
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet licensing and credentialing requirements
  • Reporting & Tracking: Track recruitment efforts, document candidate interactions, and report progress to the management team
