Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
• Familiarity with TikTok and its influencer landscape
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential TikTok influencers for collaboration
• Conduct outreach to influencers and manage initial communications
• Support negotiations and contract management with influencers
• Help coordinate and monitor influencer campaigns to ensure successful execution
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
• Maintain organized records of influencer contacts and campaign details
• Collaborate with the broader social media and marketing teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in TikTok influencer marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing or business development is a plus
