Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the customer support field
• English level - upper-intermediate or higher
• Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Regularly track the movement of shipments using specialized software or systems
• Monitor freight movements in real-time to identify any deviations or delays
• Update and maintain accurate records of shipment details, including origin, destination, route, and expected delivery times
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding the status of shipments
• Identify and address any issues that may impact the timely delivery of shipments
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve problems, such as transportation delays or customs issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
