Summary

DV Chain is seeking a Proprietary Crypto Trader to join their team and develop trading strategies in the cryptocurrency market. The candidate should have experience in market making, risk management, and a strong understanding of market structure, trends, and regulations in the crypto markets.

Requirements

• Market making experience trading Equities, Cryptocurrencies, or FX
• Proven track record of alpha generating strategies, idea generation, and managing portfolio risk
• Experience managing retail order flow and signal generation
• Ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades, strategies, and systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work with our research team and other traders on our crypto trading desk to identify new opportunities that will complement and enhance our current suite of strategies
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing risk while contributing to all other aspects of trading activities such as position management, reconciliation, research, and post trade analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid-high frequent trading experience a plus
• Python or similar coding experience a plus
