Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering: Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Finance: Demonstrated background in the finance industry, particularly with trading systems
• Interest in Cryptocurrency: Strong interest in the cryptocurrency trading sector
• Improvement-Oriented: Ability to identify and implement improvements in both technical and process-related areas
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Minimize Trading Disruptions: Provide essential support to ensure minimal disruption to trading activities
• Monitor and Escalate: Monitor applications and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed
• Oversee Deployments: Manage deployments effectively and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper handling and execution
• Maintain and Enhance Tools: Maintain and improve internal tools, including CI/CD pipelines and logging infrastructure. Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing tools
• Ensure Compliance with Audit and Process Controls: Maintain awareness of and adhere to audit requirements and process control responsibilities
• Assess Operational Readiness: Evaluate the readiness of operations for new application rollouts and ensure that monitoring and alerting systems are in place
