Trainee in End User Support

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or finished at least 3rd year of studies in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills (both spoken and written) and fluency in Polish

Responsibilities

• Support in the in-person or remote administration for the end users, their IT equipment and associated software
• Support in troubleshooting and implementing user change requests
• Handling support tickets logged by users, eg. identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
• Recommending IT solutions according to the business needs
• Performing hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment, maintaining hardware/software inventories
• Support and collaboration within IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
