Customer Support Trainee

Summary

Join PairSoft as a Customer Support Trainee and embark on a career in IT, starting as a Support Engineer in the Support department. As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting issues and questions at the ServiceDesk, analyzing, testing, and resolving tickets. You will also be responsible for testing applications and delivering test reports. This is a remote position based in India, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM CET.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• 0-2 years’ work experience
• Excellent English communication skills, (Written as well as Verbal)

Responsibilities

• Picking up and maintain of tickets received in the Service desk based on the used procedures
• Testing of the software and making sure that functionality is delivered correct
• Making application (release) available for customers
• Communicate with customers when a new release is available
• Communicate with the Teamlead Support about the planning and changes in planning
• Awareness of open items at customers and in case required communication with team lead/managers
• Meeting SLA agreements

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data management
• Familiarity with the Oracle Suite, including its applications and functionalities
