Summary

Join Verisys as a Trainer and create impactful training programs for employees. You will evaluate employee performance, identify skill gaps, and develop comprehensive training materials. A high school diploma and demonstrated experience in documentation are required; experience in managed care or adult training is preferred. Requirements

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound independent decision-making ability, reliability, and high level of motivation
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, FCRA, NCQA and URAC standards
  • Strong working knowledge of Google mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, and internet savvy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and understand the international work environment
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively and professionally interact and communicate with all levels of the organization and with external parties
  • Must be comfortable with training new hires remotely in a classroom setting
  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrated experience in the appropriate use of English grammar and preparation of documentation required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct new hire training and ongoing training for existing processes and cross-training for onshore and offshore staff
  • Conducting training via webinar technology
  • Create, review, revise and organize training documentation
  • Participate in knowledge transfer meetings regarding new system functionality and system enhancements with IT and QA team
  • Identify, document, instruct and replicate best practices
  • Research, assess, design, develop, and measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Identify and resolve individual, team, and organization knowledge gaps
  • Provide verbal and written clarification of subject matter and mentor staff as needed
  • Participate in monthly Quality Improvement Committee meetings. Present training summaries
  • Maintain integrity of training materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Managed Care, Credentialing, Adult Training, or related field(s) preferred
