Summary
Join Management Solutions as a Training Administrator and ensure compliance with training protocols. Maintain accurate training records, monitor employee training status, and coordinate training schedules. Generate compliance reports and maintain the training database. Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their initial training plans. This full-time position is located in the Washington, DC Metro Area or Knoxville, TN. The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Degree: associateβs degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain up-to-date training records for all staff
- Monitor deadlines and send reminders for upcoming or overdue training requirements
- Coordinate with employees and supervisors to schedule required training sessions
- Generate periodic reports on training compliance and completion rates
- Maintain the training database or tracker
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up initial training plans
