- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Able to manage shifting priorities and anticipate team needs
Responsibilities
- Manage foundersβ calendars β scheduling, prioritizing, and keeping things running smoothly
- Coordinate team offsites and virtual events
- Schedule interviews with candidates and team members
- Book travel logistics as needed
- Manage WeWork desk and room bookings
- Order lunch for team onsite days or events
- Manage payments to external contractors and maintain organized records
- Support coordination of team benefits, including enrollments and renewals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with our existing HR systems (Gusto, Ontop, Ramp)
- Prior work in a startup or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with WeWork or other flexible office providers
