Requirements

  • The demonstrable ability to turn complex instructions into clear, engaging, brand-centric, multimedia content
  • High integrity with a defined work ethic and a service-oriented mentality
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and how to apply them in the development of dynamic learning material including, e-Learning courses, training videos, and presentation decks for sales teams or customers
  • Experience with video editing: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
  • Expertise with the Adobe Suite and Productivity Tools
  • Strong collaborative spirit across cross-functional teams: You genuinely like helping others, have a service-oriented mindset, and love building new things
  • Proactive and curious attitude: You enjoy researching alternate content, templates, and tools to improve learning experiences and outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage sales training content and learner-centric programs
  • Build and maintain design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria
  • Organize, develop, distribute and track learning deliverables on a Learning Management System and other enablement platforms to gauge impact and continually improve
  • Work cross-functionally to support new hire training and provide new and existing employees with impactful learning paths, content, and curriculua
  • Maintain LMS and an Enablement platform creating and assigning training paths and tracking training programs
  • Conduct training and development needs analyses
  • Demonstrate a strong and engaging facilitation presence with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience
  • Create schedules & communications to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant to diverse audiences
  • Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through metrics and analysis, identify gaps and create dynamic training experiences accordingly
  • Develop communications to drive adoption to content
  • Work closely with the Enablement Operations Manager and operations groups to ensure content is impactful and fits within an established framework of learning and systems
  • Perform other duties as needed
