Summary

Join Alexa Translations as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for preserving and improving client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project life cycle. This position requires 7+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, bilingual skills (English/French), and technical, transportation, communications, or SaaS industry experience.

Requirements

• College diploma, university degree or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/French) mandatory requirement
• 7+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships

Responsibilities

• Preserve and improve client relationships
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the project life cycle
• Oversee the execution of projects and coordinate between team members and other departments within Alexa
• Plan, select resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders during project execution and follow-up after project completion
