Senior Project Manager

Summary

Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to manage large teams in software development and eCommerce projects. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure efficient workflows using agile or hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies such as agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban
• Familiarity with technical concepts and tools including AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations
• Experience with headless implementations of eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce), CMS (Contentful, Contentstack), Loyalty ( Talon.one , EagleEye), Identity (Stytch, Okta), and Personalization (Ninetailed, Segment)
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms
• Experience with Scrum teams and/or Scrum Master certification

Responsibilities

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale
