Requirements
- Qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

Responsibilities
- Manage customer and partner payment processes: validate payment data, manage destination wallet addresses, and process payments
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address and resolve payment inquiries
- Take ownership of month-end tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor wallets and balances by utilising blockexplorers and internal data sources; collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure data alignment
- Dig into transactions to find out the true nature of what is happening on-chain, to assist our accounting team with tracking token movements and revenue
- Conduct research on the new blockchain protocols we onboard, preparing documentation to account for revenue and ensure clarity across teams
- Take the lead on identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance accuracy
- Collaborate and work well cross-functionally with our internal teams as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Block Explorers
- Experience with Custodians
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
