Treasury Intern, Internship - Republic of Indonesia

Summary

The Treasury Intern will assist the Treasury Manager in organizing investor reports, drafting processes, automating reporting, summarizing top questions/requests, working with the Corporate Development team on data collection, conducting quarterly AUP audits, and performing administrative tasks. The intern should have basic knowledge in accounting, Microsoft Excel, and good written English skills. They should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with their work schedule.

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge in accounting
• Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel - Ms Word and ppt skill would be useful too
• Must have at least good written English - verbal will be better

Responsibilities

• To assist Treasury Manager in re-organizing all Investor reporting related working files
• To assist Treasury Manager in drafting all Investor reporting related process flow and framework in Confluence Page
• To assist Treasury Manager in work on automation of quarterly/monthly reporting by partnering with Data Team and Cascade
• Summarize top 10 questions/requests from external Investor as well as internal stakeholders and help to prepare standardized answer / format for the top questions/requests
• Work together with Corporate Development team to set up a more systematic way in gathering data/information from Treasury (for due diligence and other projects)
• Assist Treasury Manager in quarterly AUP audit
• Administrative work (SignNow, etc)
• Any other work / projects required from time to time
