Treasury Manager

Summary

Join our global team of over 800 people as a Treasury Manager, overseeing and managing our global treasury operations, including cash flow management, building treasury policies and procedures, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Finance or Accounting, including a minimum of 5 years. in senior treasury positions
• Expertise in treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modeling tools
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, and financial risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,. or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Relevant professional certification. (e.g., ACT, CTP, AMCT, CFA) is a must
• Solid understanding of global financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Previous experience working in multi-entity, international organizations. with global banking operations
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positions across our different entities to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs
• Develop cash flow forecasts and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning processes
• Maintain and develop relationships with global banking partners to optimize banking services and negotiate favorable terms
• Oversee and monitor compliance with the terms of the revolving credit facility including covenant calculations
• Developing and executing treasury processes, policies and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including AML and KYC
• Implement and maintain treasury management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Working closely with the Accounting team and other finance teams (Tax, FP&A and reporting) to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and achieve alignment on financial goals and strategies
• Leading and developing a small team of treasury professionals
• Identify, assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, operational and credit risks
