Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in trading, treasury, or a similar role within a digital asset trading firm or traditional finance (TradFi) trading environment
• Deep understanding of financial markets, including derivatives, liquidity management, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, strategy development, and automation
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to teamwork

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and optimize funding operations including fiat and digital asset
• Track and analyze counterparty risk, exchange balances, and collateral requirements, ensuring optimal capital deployment across strategies
• Assist in developing scripts and algorithms to automate treasury workflows, trade execution, and liquidity provisioning
• Analyze interest rates, arbitrage opportunities, and funding markets to maximize returns on idle funds and enhance treasury profitability
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to refine and implement treasury policies, automate reconciliations, and improve execution frameworks
