Remote UI/UX Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Salesforce UI/UX Designer from the Philippines, available to work during US hours. Responsible for designing user interfaces for the Salesforce Platform, conducting user research, collaborating with product and development teams, and managing design projects.

Requirements

• Have 5 to 8 years of experience in both UI/UX and graphic design
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital products for both mobile and desktop platforms, as well as marketing materials including Salesforce
• Be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Balsamiq
• Have problem solving aptitude - natural ability to understand problems and ideate on potential solutions
• Have strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Have completed formal education in Design, including a degree or certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• Be willing to install and use a time entry app while working with us because this will be for auto time tracking as a basis for our compensation
• Be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH time
• Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces for the Salesforce Platform
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to continually improve the user experience
• Work closely with the product and development teams during implementation
• Take charge of design projects as needed, including Customer portals, Salesforce application and marketing platforms
• Develop and maintain client's visual identity guidelines
• Oversee complex design projects from concept to completion
• Lead design and requirement sessions with business partners
• Perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned
