Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a UI/UX Designer for a 3-month, 520-hour Master's level internship. This remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers hands-on experience designing AI-powered products. You will collaborate with senior management, conduct user research, and create high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills, and proficiency in design tools. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s level university program in fields such as User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design skills, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale clearly and effectively, whether in one-on-one discussions or larger presentations
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging, user-centered interfaces for AI-powered products, ensuring every detail of the user experience is thoughtful and intuitive
• Focus on visual hierarchy, interaction design, and overall aesthetics to create interfaces that are not only functional but also impactful and delightful to use
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure design integrity throughout the development process, advocating for design excellence at every stage
• Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both desktop applications and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across different devices and touchpoints
• Conduct in-depth user research, gather insights, and perform usability testing to inform and continuously refine your designs, ensuring they are driven by user needs and behaviors
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, pushing the boundaries of design to keep the product fresh, innovative, and competitive
