Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively
• Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces
• Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts
• Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products
