A typical day involves morning check-ins, design refinement, collaboration with developers, competitor research, prototype creation, and file organization.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma β€” from wireframes to polished UI screens
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques
