UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or tech company
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ability to work with design systems and maintain visual consistency across products
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Maintain and enhance the existing design system and UI components
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights
• Collaborate with product managers to align design decisions with business goals and user needs
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards
