Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail in typography, color, and layout
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design strategies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience while ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Develop user personas and journey maps to communicate user needs and behaviors
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred
