Summary
Join Rev.io as a UI/UX Designer and help shape the user experience of our PSA software! You will conduct research, test usability, and design intuitive interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. With 1-3 years of experience, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role involves designing user interfaces, conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and overseeing the design process. Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and user experience strategies
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of the Agile web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent across web and mobile platforms
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design solutions
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to better understand client needs and improve the PSA experience
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts
- Oversee the design process from conception to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering teams
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate best practices in UI/UX design
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, with an emphasis on creating responsive designs
- Emphasis in UX research best practices and experience with high-fidelity prototyping
