Summary

Join Rev.io as a UI/UX Designer and help shape the user experience of our PSA software! Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and user experience strategies
  • Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
  • Solid understanding of the Agile web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytics
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent across web and mobile platforms
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design solutions
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to better understand client needs and improve the PSA experience
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Oversee the design process from conception to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering teams
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate best practices in UI/UX design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, with an emphasis on creating responsive designs
  • Emphasis in UX research best practices and experience with high-fidelity prototyping
