Summary

Join Vosyn, a fast-growing AI company, as a Senior Strategic UI/UX Design Subject Matter Expert (SME). This fully remote, contract position (10-15 hours/week) offers an equity-only compensation package. You will lead UX design for VosynVerse and other platforms, conduct user research, create high-fidelity designs, and mentor design teams. Requirements

• Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 8+ years of advanced UX design experience
• Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proven track record leading complex design projects
• Strong user research and testing methodologies
• Exceptional interface design and visualization skills
• Demonstrated leadership in design team management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design process for VosynVerse and emerging platforms
• Create comprehensive user research, personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
• Drive strategic design vision aligned with business objectives
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
• Mentor design teams and foster a culture of innovation
• Design interfaces for cutting-edge technologies including AV/VR and smart platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user-centric solutions
