Requirements

• Experience in interaction systems design and interface design
• At least one full game release cycle of experience

Responsibilities

• Translate systems into experiences
• Design and iterate on flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, using data from research to refine your work
• Create and express design decisions with a data-informed vision, design rationale and solutions to team members
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to present game mechanics effectively, and prepare production files, documentation, and specs for UI designers and developers, qa and other team members
• Advocate for player-centered design by highlighting the importance of player feedback, data-driven decisions in shaping the player experience
• Work closely with various teams, keeping partners involved and informed thoughted development process
• Ensure a consistent player experience throughout the game
• Improve existing interface functionality and user experience (players and your coworkers)
• Support the development and maintenance of the UI library
• Create and maintain clear and detailed design documentation
• Participate in functionality testing
• Provide support for ongoing projects
