UI/UX Expert

Summary

Join our team as a freelance UI/UX designer for a project-based, remote position with an immediate start. You will design the front-end interface of a web-based client portal for clinical trial participant recruitment. The goal is to create a seamless self-service experience, reduce manual work, and enhance reporting. Your designs will be used by our development team to build the portal using Jetadmin. This is a key project with a tight timeline, requiring collaboration with our remote development team. Your work will be crucial for beta testing and a smooth launch.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of UI/UX experience focused on client portals, dashboards, or SaaS platforms (required)
• Have a portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work (this is a key selection factor)
• Are confident working independently and on tight timelines
• Communicate well and collaborate effectively with remote team

Responsibilities

• Designing the complete front-end interface of our web-based client portal
• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff
• Ensuring intuitive user flows, visual clarity, and consistency across all screens
• Designing with reporting functionality in mind to meet client and internal user needs
• Collaborating with our dev team to support implementation within Jetadmin
• Providing occasional UI updates as new features are rolled out post-launch

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Jetadmin is a plus
