Summary

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Design or commensurate experience
- A portfolio showcasing your talent and design process
- Ability to quickly create multiple design solutions within tight deadlines while keeping a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Excellent time management and a sense of initiative. You don't wait for things to come to you, you are naturally curious and willing to improve the products and processes you work on
- Ability to present designs to various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Awareness of current trends in design, as well as a willingness to learn, grow and share
- Experience creating prototypes, wireframes, and UI for complex websites and applications
- Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can express your ideas clearly and explain your design decisions
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a squad of Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers
- Research and understand users' needs and goals through user interviews, analytics reviews, usability testing, in collaboration with our UX Researcher
- Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, high fidelity designs, and prototypes in collaboration with the Design Lead, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
- Review and offer UI feedback throughout the design process (from brainstorming to researching, sketching, prototyping, testing, and implementation)
- Design for web and mobile experiences working on branding, typography, visual assets, copy, and animations
- Create and maintain our brands’ style guides, brand books, visual component libraries, design systems
- Create or retouch graphical assets including illustrations, photos, infographics, etc
- Identify key usability issues and provide suggestions on how to solve them
- Contribute to regular testing of UI components
- Work mainly on a web-based interface for tools used by hundreds of internal users
- Apply and promote design best practices and processes
- Collaborate with different departments and creative groups to define and implement innovative solutions
