Product Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Product Designer specializing in the healthcare domain for a 12+ month remote contract. You will contribute to a product designed to help primary care offices identify care gaps for patients. This role involves detailed feature enhancements and conceptual sketches for product visioning. You will build tools and workflows for healthcare clinicians and administrators to address medication adherence, preventative screenings, and value-based care. The ideal candidate is a senior-level individual contributor with 5+ years of experience leading enterprise end-to-end product design and a strong understanding of complex healthcare workflows.

Requirements

• Senior level individual contributor
• 5+ years experience
• Experience leading enterprise end to end product design
• Can navigate an organization with multiple stakeholders
• Work with a well developed existing design system
• Portfolios should include demonstrations of enterprise complex workflows
• Relevant B2B healthcare experience
• Health Insurance Experience
• Health Network / Hospital Experience
• Experience designing in a complex space with very specific business logic that needs to be considered within a complex user context like a Doctor's office
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills

Responsibilities

• Build out tools/workflows for healthcare clinicians & administrators to solve for things like medication adherence, preventative screening, & other value based care opportunities
• Do detailed feature enhancements work
• Do conceptual sketches for a product visioning workstream
• Proactively collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements
• Properly manage up, gather requirements, be familiar with the respective clinician use cases/pain-points & how their business operates, & be comfortable taking initiative
• Partner with UXR & leverage UXR solutions/findings
• Strong meeting presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

More of an interaction designer than a UI/visual designer
