Summary
Join World Insurance, a rapidly growing insurance brokerage firm, as a Benefits Administration Implementation Specialist. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and testing employee benefits administration systems, primarily using UKG's Everything Benefits platform. This role demands strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with clients, brokers, and vendors, ensuring smooth system transitions and providing ongoing support. The position requires experience in benefits administration and proficiency with relevant software. Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage multiple projects and effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, such as Employee Navigator, EASE, and ADP
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance carriers, third party vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and third-party carriers/vendors to gather requirements for a successful implementation
- Configure and implement employee benefits administration technology solutions
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on the implemented system to ensure they are working correctly
- Train clients on the use of the benefits administration software and provide ongoing support as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits administration technology solutions, working with insurance carriers, third party vendors, and internal teams as necessary
- Project manage with brokers and clients’ necessary steps to set up applicable EDI connections at implementations and renewals
- Plan and support all renewals and system updates with client’s benefits administration technology
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the benefits administration technology space
