Requirements

  • 5+ years in a similar role, within the insurance industry or in tech
  • 2+ years of experience in team management or leadership
  • Demonstrated success in project management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and find actionable solutions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of intricate projects within Underwriting Operations and Claims, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership and Product partners, driving strategic initiatives for operational excellence
  • Support comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting activities, contributing to the financial strategy of Underwriting Operations and Claims
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements by leveraging feedback, data, and industry best practices
  • Articulate complex ideas and project updates clearly and persuasively across the organization
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance
