Usability Analyst

Join our User Experience Team as a Usability Analyst and contribute to the growth of user engagement through research-driven design solutions. Champion intuitive, user-centered experiences, ensuring our digital products are accessible, engaging, and effective. Conduct usability research, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build and maintain usability standards. Create supporting documentation and training materials, and promote consistent user experiences across products. Monitor UX trends and improve information architecture and navigation flow. This role requires a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping

Responsibilities
