Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX position
- At least 2 years of consulting experience
- Expertise working with digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
- A knack for problem-solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
- Highly culturally aware
- Strong communication skills
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
Responsibilities
- Possess strong skills in interaction or visual design
- Demonstrate a strong desire to continue growing your UX skills
- Work effectively with UX Lead or Sr. UXer and other 3Pillar practices (PDM, PM, and Engineering)
- Communicate to team and client a clear picture of what is in progress and when things will be delivered
- Adjust to changes in priority and scope
- Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to client presentations
- Help prepare workshops
- Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes
- Participate in a collaborative team culture
- Maintain an awareness of industry issues and trends and emerging technologies such as AI, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market
