Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX designer (industry experience not required)
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design methodologies with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX work
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and address user needs and pain points effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Committed to creating inclusive and accessible designs
• Interested in leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital health products
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to incorporate user feedback into design improvements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continually refine our products
• Create clear, compelling visual designs that enhance user experience
• Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive to a diverse user base
• Regularly seek and integrate team and user feedback to enhance design elements
• Maintain and develop the visual and brand identity of our products

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
