Summary

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX and interface design, preferably with complex enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro
  • Experience using research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Solid grasp of visual design principles: typography, color, grids
  • Organized, adaptable, self-starter, and excellent communicator

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs
  • Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences
  • Use and contribute to design systems and guidelines
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
  • Partner with Accessibility Lead to ensure compliance with accessibility standards
  • Communicate design decisions clearly across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus
