UX Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer, Usability Designer or similar
• 3+ years experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Accessibility awareness; commercial experience in this area is welcome
• Able to communicate in English (B2+) and Polish (B1+)
• Able to name, organize and solve design problems based on user value and business objectives
• Experienced leading design workshops and conceptual work with the business owner, client teams, and design team
• You know that continuous learning and knowledge sharing is a way for you to grow and improve
• Able and willing to travel for meetings with clients (UK, DACH, U.S.) and to offices in Poland (Wrocław, Gdańsk, Rzeszów)
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Select and recommend optimal solutions, and support clients and the development team
• Work in projects from the early stages of the project
• Learn about the context and goals of the client’s business
• Collect and systematize the acquired knowledge and identify the needs of customers and end users (in small conceptual teams, using a variety of tools and workshop techniques)
• Analyze the data collected from users and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in building mobile, enterprise, SaaS products
• Practical skills in using and/or contributing to Design Systems
• Experienced in organizing, conducting and analyzing qualitative research and quantitative testing such as A/B testing
• Design is your passion, which you present at various events
