Summary
Join SpryPoint's remote-first team as a UX Designer! Reporting to the UX Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user experiences. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools. Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and thoughtful design processes
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC)
- Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and user journey maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
- Deliver design solutions that are both visually appealing and functional, in line with brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
