Summary

Join LegalMatch as a UX Interaction Designer and play a key role in shaping intuitive user experiences across our products. You will leverage your analytical skills and design expertise to identify and resolve UX pain points, improve existing interfaces, and create new flows. Your responsibilities include designing user-friendly interfaces, analyzing products to identify UX issues, recommending improvements, conducting A/B tests and usability assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting user interviews. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of UX design or analysis experience, strong analytical skills, a portfolio showcasing design work and decision-making, proficiency in design tools, and experience with usability and A/B testing. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and eager to grow into a Product Owner role.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design or UX analysis
  • Strong UX analysis skills with the ability to identify and solve usability issues
  • A portfolio that showcases both your design work and your decision-making process
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and behavior analytics
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating insights clearly
  • Ability to advocate for user needs while aligning with product and business goals

Responsibilities

  • Design new interfaces and UX flows that are both functional and user-friendly, across both mobile and desktop experiences
  • Analyze existing products, identify UX issues, and initiate redesigns
  • Recommend UX improvements based on user behavior and product performance
  • Lead A/B tests and usability assessments to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Effectively conduct workshops to develop workflows, user interactions, and UX designs
  • Interview users to better understand how they use the platform, how they do their jobs, and to gather feedback on proposed new designs
  • Actively look for UX problems and propose clear, actionable solutions
  • Balance design innovation with usability and business goals
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and user-first thinking
